LEASE REGULATIONS

• Loftmeister will install loft at beginning of lease.
• Lease is non-transferable. Loft is not to be loaned to others.
• Return for refund after 10-day trial period is subject to $20 service fee.
• Loftmeister needs to be notified if loft/student is changing rooms.
• Student is responsible for disassembling and returning loft to point of purchase on or before publicly posted dates in May of 2007.
• Loft needs to be returned free of stickers and debris. The use of duct tape on any loft product is prohibited and subject to cleaning charges.
• If student wishes Loftmeister will dissasemble loft for $5 to $20 depending on condition of room and motivation of student.
• Lease extension forms are due by April 20th, 2007.
• Lease extension option assumes student cares for loft between academic years.
